We have nothing to hide and are here to help! We can’t stress enough that no light leaves our warehouse untested before getting shipped to our customers! We understand that some problems may occur due to a lack of knowledge about our new product including the process of that comes with using them so we are here to help answer any and all your questions or concerns! Thank you!

1) Critical Review- “Lights Don’t work, won’t sync, or turn on!” We test each and every light for each and every order before shipping them to our customers! The fix to this problem is as easy as holding the ON button for 2 seconds longer until they all lights in use are on! Instead of pressing the ON button make sure to hold!

 2) Critical Review- “Velcro sucks and some of my lights fell off!” We ride with our lights every day and have had this problem maybe once or twice in the beginning of our own experiences and found the fix fast! We since upgraded to a bigger and stronger velcro patch! All you have to do now is press firmly when equipping them to you bike! Since this solution we haven’t had a pod fall off and trust me we ride very fast, very furiously!”
